What it is

No page within one click of your home page answers the questions shoppers ask before a first order: shipping, returns and, for apparel, sizing.

Why it costs money

Shoppers look for these answers before they buy, and AI assistants answer them from whatever page they can reach. If neither can find the page, the shopper guesses and the assistant says it does not know.
